2010 Lewis Mumford Awards
Architects/Designers/Planners for Social Responsibility
Architects/Designers/Planners for Social Responsibility
Each year, Architects/ Designers/ Planners for Social Responsibility (ADPSR) recognizes and honors individuals and organizations that further our mission of Peace, Sustainable Development, and the Environment. The National Board requests your assistance in nominations for the 2010 Lewis Mumford Awards. Award winners are invited to attend our next Mumford Awards Ceremony, Saturday, June 19. 2010 in Berkeley, CA.
Lewis Mumford Awards are given annually by ADPSR in the categories of Peace, Environment, and Development. ADPSR instituted their annual awards program in 1992 to honor people and organizations that exemplify the ADPSR goals of disarmament, preservation of the natural and built environment, and socially responsible development. ADPSR has given 54 awards over 18 years.
A list of previous recipients is included at the bottom of this document.
This is your chance to reward those deserving recognition for outstanding achievement in any or all of these three categories.
Please fill out the form below to nominate worthy individuals or organizations. Please provide separate forms for each nominee. If you have any questions, please contact Greg VanMechelen, mumford@adpsr-norcal.org, fax 510.558.1076. Nominations must be received by March 31, 2010.
Nominations are reviewed by the National Board of ADPSR, who will make the final decision. We look forward to your participation and your nominations.
